This 34m² studio apartment, located in a great location in the town of Villeurbanne, is available to rent. The studio is quite spacious, receives plenty of natural light and is fully furnished, including a double sofa-bed, shelving, storage, chest of drawers, and a standalone wardrobe. The kitchen comes equipped and there is a large dining-room table.
Villeurbanne is a town to the north-east of Lyon that is well connected to the city centre by public transport. This town is home to several universities and attracts a large student population, which means there is always something to do and at affordable prices.
What we liked the most
- There is a metro stop only 300 metres from the studio.
- The studio receives plenty of natural light.
