This chic studio apartment is available to rent in the very central Brotteaux neighborhood of Lyon. This upscale district has fantastic amenities and great restaurants. You will be within walking distance of shopping, parks, the Claude Bernard University, and many famous sites. Best of all, there is a metro stop just outside your door. The studio itself is modern and very elegantly designed and furnished. This is a wonderful option for young professionals or a couple looking for a cozy, central home.
What we liked the most
- The Masséna metro stop is literally just downstairs.
- Brotteaux is one of Lyon's most upscale neighborhoods, with great dining and the beautiful Parc de la Tête d'Or just a short walk away.
- The sleek, modern furnishings in this studio make it appear much larger than its 27 sqm.
- The studio is thoughtfully designed to maximize space, and there is plenty of storage.
Things to keep in mind
- This property does not have a washing machine, however there are laundromats in the neighborhood.
- The building is not equipped with an elevator.
