A quiet 19m2 studio apartment is for rent, 1 minute from Laennec metro station in Lyon's 8th arrondissement. This peaceful neighbourhood is mostly residential, but there are several convenience stores nearby that provide all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The interior of this compact property is cosy as the living room, bedroom and kitchen are all designed in an open plan layout. There is plenty of space in this main room, as tenants can transform the bed into a sofa when they are in need of more space. The hospital and the Faculty of Medicine is near the apartment.

- This property is just 2 minutes from Laennec, the closest metro station.
- The faculty of medicine is close to the apartment.
- The floor is easy to clean with a mop because it is not carpeted.
- Tenants can transform the bed into a sofa in order to save space.
