This neighbourhood is well-connected to other areas of Lyon by tram, bus and metro. Part Dieu train station and shopping centre are just 17 minutes from the apartment. There are many bars, restaurants and cafés in the vicinity that suit all tastes and budgets. The flat is compact but space efficient, decorated in a minimalist style with modern furniture. The kitchen is partially furnished but does not have an oven, and the living room features a comfortable sofa bed that converts to a double bed by night.
What we liked the most
- Tenants can walk just 17 minutes to reach Part Dieu shopping centre - the largest city centre shopping centre in Europe.
- The windows look out onto an interior courtyard so tenants will not be disturbed by street noise.
- All facilities in the bathroom are new and clean.
- University Lyon 3 Manufacture de Tabacs campus is just 17 minutes away.

- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has a fully functioning microwave oven and an electrical stove.
