As one of the wealthiest areas of the city, Brotteaux boasts a beautiful botanical garden, located in the lush, green-filled Parc de la Tete d'Or. The flat for rent is just as luxurious as the neighborhood in which it nestles: filled with natural light and featuring parquet flooring, tenants will live in comfort and style. The apartment consists of a simply yet beautifully furnished living room, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and a kitchen. Though a 1 bedroom apartment, tenants will have ample storage space as there is a built-in wardrobe in addition to a standalone storage unit. In the surrounding area, tenants can find a metro station within a two minute walk and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and stores. The total area of this property is 42 m2.
What we liked the most
- This luminous apartment for rent is well-distributed, with the living room area near the entrance and the bedroom in the interior part of the building.
- The Parc de la Tete d'Or a few minutes' walk away, so those who like to go jogging or take walks will benefit from having this apartment as their base.
- Metro station Massena is a few minutes' walk away.
- Though the living room faces the street, the bedroom is interior, allowing tenants to get a good night's sleep.
- The neighborhood of the apartment, Brotteaux, is one of the most upscale areas of Lyon.
- Despite being a 1 bedroom apartment, the flat is quite spacious and features a light-filled living room.
