This 1-bedroom apartment is colourful and spacious, perfect for 1 or 2 people. It's on the 1st floor of a lovely building in Villeurbanne. The space includes a living area with a TV, an equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a fold-away table for you to eat at. WiFi is installed and activated and all bills are included in the rent. The landlord accepts pets so your furry friend can come too! The bedroom has a large built in cupboard for all your things.
Located in the neighbourhood of Villeurbanne, the apartment is close to restaurants, shops and markets. There is a Carrefour City market right on the corner. There is also a movie theatre located on the same street as the apartment.
