A bright and modern 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in the tranquil area of Croix-Rousse in Lyon. The balcony, complete with chairs and a table, is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. The property also has plenty of natural light and a contemporary feel to it.
Croix-Rousse used to be home to the Canuts, or silk-workers, and the area is full of historical sites, including the ruins of a Gallo-Roman amphitheatre. With its village-like atmosphere, this is the perfect location for those who enjoy peace and quiet but also want to live somewhere with a positive atmosphere and lots of history to explore and discover.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a great place to relax with a book and a cool glass of wine.
- The large living room has an entire wall of shelving so you can keep your home neat and tidy.
- With its ensuite bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, the bedroom is comfortable and convenient.
- The apartment is light and stylish, perfect for fashionable young professionals.
