This property is ideal for students as it is 13 minutes from the University of Lyon 1 La Doua campus. Villeurbanne is a lively area, filled with bars, restaurants cafés, and also public transport links that provide access to other areas in Lyon. the interior of the property itself is spacious, boasting a comfortable living room with a leather corner sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it has plenty of storage space.
