The studio is located on the top floor of a 4-bedroom family house and would make a comfortable and convenient home for students. It has plenty of storage space and is well equipped and decorated with a modern touch. The bed is located beneath the eaves of the roof, which lends it a cosy feel.

Morden is a tranquil area known for its almost rural character and abundance of parks and green spaces, including Morden Hall Park, a former deer park with gorgeous views and old buildings to be explored. Close to the property is Martin Way Allotments, for those who have green fingers and fancy growing their own fruit and vegetables.
