There are room to rent in this modern 7-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on Malvern Road in the City of Westminster. This house has a generous 118 m² footprint, which includes a large kitchen with everything you need to start cooking, as well as a bathroom downstairs, and one upstairs.
The Paddington Recreation Ground is just a quick 7-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket only a 10-minute walk away. There are also several shops and restaurants along nearby Kilburn High Road. If you're looking for something to do on your day off, the London Zoo, and Madame Tussauds are easily accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- There is a table and chairs in the kitchen so you can enjoy a home cooked meal with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The downstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower while the upstairs has shower over bath, toilet and sink.
- The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen, and is a quiet space to enjoy the sunshine.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend a lot of time cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
