Stoke Newington is part of the London Borough of Hackney and is located in North London. With a gentrification movement that began in the 1990s, this area has become one of the most fashionable areas in London with plenty to boast about from a farmers' market to its characterful Turkish cafes. The property is also close to Finsbury Park and the borough of Islington, worth a visit too.

- The garden, with a bit of care and tidying, could be a fantastic place to have a barbecue in the summer months.
- With an oven as well as a microwave and a stove, you can cook whatever you choose.
- There is also a kitchen table so you will not have to eat your meals in your bedroom.
- There is a bath tub as well as a shower, a great way to unwind after a long day at work.
- This is a fantastic area if you are looking for a multicultural neighbourhood with plenty happening.
