This beautiful 4-bedroom terraced house for rent on Overstone Road is spacious and fully furnished. The front door opens into the living space, which is sunny and furnished with a sofa, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and has plenty of bench and cupboard space. There is a 4-seater dining table in the center, 2 ovens, and a large fridge. There is a little door off of this space that leads to a laundry room, and connects to the garden. Although there is only one bathroom, it’s huge and there is a jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms—two on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd floor—which are sunny and spacious. Three of them have double beds, and the other has a single.
Your new home in Hammersmith is in a quiet residential area. Nevertheless, the neighborhood is rather trendy with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. In fact, you’re located just 10 minutes away from the famous Queen’s Head pub on the edge of Brook Green park. Within the park, you’ll discover tennis courts, but if you’re really into getting a work out, there are two gyms located less than a 5-minute walk from your front door. The Kings Mall shopping center is 5 minutes away and the Lyric Hammersmith theater is a 3-minute walk away. You’ll need to walk 10 minutes to get to the Tesco Superstore, but there is a Polish deli just 8 minutes away.
