This studio apartment on Av. Alm. Reis, in Anjos, has been nicely renovated and has a combined sleeping and living area with a double bed. The spacious 50 m² property receives good natural light and has a basic but functional kitchenette.
The apartment is located on a busy commercial and residential road that offers shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gyms and other essential amenities. The Metro stops 5 minutes away and the historical city centre is within walking distance, making this an ideal base from which to explore the city.

- The apartment is nicely decorated and has lovely wooden floors.
- There is a window with nice street views that lets in good natural light.
