This big 8-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Avenida João XXI is close to a number of universities. The building has a common garden that you’re welcome to use. Inside the apartment is a closed balcony and a rectangular kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has tons of storage, as well as a washing machine. There are two shared bathrooms. The largest has a wide shower cabinet and 2 sinks. The other bathroom has a toilet and smaller shower stall. And for socializing or relaxing, there is a common living room with a sofa, dining table, and TV.
If you’re a student, then Areeiro is a terrific neighborhood. You’re a 25-minute walk away from the University of Lisbon. Instituto Superior Técnico and NOVA University of Lisbon are also a short walk away. Whether you want fast food, a sit-down restaurants, bar, or café, you’ll be able to find them easily, especially close to the schools. For entertainment, the Culturgest Concert hall is nearby, and so is Cinema City Campo Pequeno.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed and a tiny window. There isn’t a view, but It’s a cozy and practical room that’s furnished with a standalone wardrobe, a shelving unit, desk and chair, and a night table.
