This is a very large 6-bedroom apartment for rent on Av. João XXI. The living room is a bright and welcoming area. It has a sofa and television, making it a nice spot to relax and socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The washing machine is also located here. There is even a dining room with a table and 6 chairs off of the kitchen. It's surrounded by windows, making this a sunny place to enjoy your meals. There are 4 total bathrooms in this apartment. Three of them are shared, and one is an ensuite.
This is a very convenient neighborhood to live in. It's surrounded by public transportation options, so you can travel around easily.
