There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom apartment with Garden on R. Ilha Terceira in Arroios. The property has a charming shared living room and kitchen. There is a well-equipped shared bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower/bath, as well as an additional toilet room. Easily the best feature of this apartment is the large garden, well decorated and full of planters.
This area is well connected to Lisbon with 3 forms of public transport links to the city centre. There are many bars and restaurants to explore nearby, as well as a good range of shops.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom with 2 large windows with a street view, flooding the room with natural light. There are a large double bed and plenty of storage space available in the large closet. This room has a desk for any workers who need to work from home.

- The garden has a hammock! Brilliant for a summer afternoon snooze.
- There is a BBQ in the garden, great for having friends around.
