This stylish studio apartment to rent on Rue Maracci is on the ground floor. The immediate area is quiet and residential. Directly to your left when you walk into your new home, you’ll find the bathroom. It’s cozy, modern, and it has a shower cabinet. Above the door is an extra storage area. In the open-plan space, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a counter table and stools. You get lots of natural light, and the rest of the area is furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, standalone wardrobe, and a desk with a chair.
Vieux-Lille is just north of the city center. However, you don’t have to go far for popular tourist sites, banks, pharmacies, or supermarkets. Students can easily walk to the IAE Lille business school. If you enjoy going out, there are plenty of restaurants, as well as a few nightclubs nearby. During your free time, you can visit the Citadel of Lille. It’s a 20-minute walk from home. And the Cathedral of Notre Dame de la Treille is only 10 minutes away.

- There is a sofa bed, which makes entertaining more convenient.
- You’re close to a supermarket and restaurants.
