There are rooms for rent in this stylish 3-bedroom house on Avenue Charles Saint Venant in Lille Sud. The apartment has a beautiful open living area with a kitchen to one side. There is comfortable lounge furniture pointing towards the television and a dining table. This room has a skylight which lights up the room well and, paired with the high ceilings, makes it feel very spacious. The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms so there is no shared bathroom.
This house is located in a fabulous area of Lille that's quiet yet well-connected to the rest of the city by public transport. Just a short walk away you can find bakeries, pharmacies, banks and post offices for any errand you may need to run.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a spacious and bright room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a desk and chair and large, standalone wardrobe. There is a TV wall-mounted opposite the bed with a door accessing the ensuite beside it. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
What we liked the most
- The house has a beautiful red-brick feature wall behind the kitchen.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook.
- There is a large painting of an evening cityscape on the wall of the living room that almost feels like a window.
- There is a bar next door that could become your regular for a night cap or meeting with friends.
- There are grocery stores in the area where you could get your shopping weekly.
Things to keep in mind
- You are not permitted to have guests staying in this house.
- There is no AC in this apartment so a fan or portable unit may be necessary in summer.
