This 3-bedroom apartment with affordable rooms to rent on Rue Dupuytren is located on the 1st floor. It’s a fair-sized space with three shared areas. First, is the small toilet room. Second is the bathroom, which has a tub. And third is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Windows give you ample light, and there is a table with chairs, as well as a washing machine.
Your new home is in the Fives neighborhood. You can walk to the Pont de Bois Campus of the University of Lille in 40 minutes, but it’s quicker to hop on public transportation. You can pick up groceries at a supermarket, which is 10 minutes away. There are a couple of nearby restaurants when you don’t feel like cooking. And there is a public swimming pool close by as well.
