This great 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rue du Ballon is on the 1st floor. It’s perfect for working professionals. The combined living and dining room have a trendy decor with a light wood dining table, grey sofa and black and red highlights. The double bedroom is airy. The equipped kitchen is cozy and modern with a dishwasher and the bathroom has a washing machine.
La Madeleine is just north and east of the city center. You can walk to the old town within 20 minutes, so it’s still a fairly downtown spot. If you’re looking to take classes, you can check out business courses at the IAE Lille. If you prefer to shop, the Euralille Shopping Center is only 15 minutes away.
