This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Sabot Street in Vauban is fully furnished. This 36m² property has a new equipped kitchen with beautiful tiling accents, a modern hardwood countertop, chic dining set, and private washing machine. The bathroom comes with a glass bathtub-shower, while the living room is luminous with plenty of storage space.
The apartment is located near the center of Lille, and there are many points of interest to explore. Most famously, there is the Citadel of Lille, constructed by the neighborhood's namesake, Sebastien Le Prestre de Vauban. The citadel shares the same area as the zoo, which would make for a very enjoyable afternoon trip. The nearest Metro is only a few minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright and sunny. Large windows let in plenty of natural sunlight.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including a stove, oven, full fridge, private washing machine, coffee maker, and storage space.
- The apartment is located near the Metro, and the nearest supermarket is only 3-minutes' walk away.
- The bedroom is very sunny and holds a comfortable double bed.
