There is a kitchen area which is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery and which also has a microwave, an electric stove, and a small table and chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as a washing machine for your clothes, while the bedroom has a double bed.
There is a long but thin park which runs directly beside the entirety of the road, and within a few minutes' walk there are lots of a huge number of restaurants and bars. There are also several synagogues nearby, and a supermarket too.
