The bedroom is separated from this main space by a built-in shelving unit. The studio also has a fair-sized closet. Tiling extends to the bathroom, where there is a tub with a shower nozzle.
Guillotière is a fairly central neighborhood on the right bank of the Rhône. You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 are also a 20-minute walk away. For entertainment, you can take in performances at Auditorium Orchestre National de Lyon. You’ll discover lots of restaurants scattered throughout the area. And for shopping, you’re near La Part-Dieu shopping mall, organic and natural food stores, a butcher shop, and a bakery.
