A cozy, charming studio apartment is available to rent in central Kadıköy, Istanbul. The studio is part of a larger apartment complex, and the kitchen and other areas are clean and well-equipped but shared between other residents of the complex. The common area kitchen has a washing machine, an oven, a stove, 2 large washing machines, a kettle, and plenty of utensils and crockery for cooking. There is also a small, shared living room with a TV.
Inside, the studio itself has a double bed and a private kitchen area with a small stove. The bathroom is large and clean, and it has a washing machine and a big, glass shower.
Kadıköy is one of Istanbul's most popular, trendy neighborhoods. Full of art galleries, excellent restaurants, corner shops, bars, and nightlife hot-spots, Kadıköy is the ideal place for anybody who wants to enjoy every aspect of vibrant Istanbul life. Kadıköy is also very well-connected by public transportation, making this one of the best areas to live in Istanbul. Come see for yourself!

- There are gorgeous tile walls in the kitchen.
- The property is located in the central and vibrant Kadıköy neighborhood.
- There is a small kitchen and a washing machine inside the studio apartment, but tenants also have access to a larger, shared kitchen in a common area which has an oven, a microwave, and an extra washing machine. Convenient!
- Because of the shared area, tenants have the option of living more privately or spending time with other neighbors, which might be nice socially.
- The bathroom is large and clean.
- The apartment is located off a pedestrian street.
