This great studio apartment is available for rent in Beyoğlu. The apartment is really modern, and nicely decorated, with comfortable furnishings, and with bright walls with artwork. Unusually for a studio, you will have a full kitchen, with gas stove and microwave, lots of cupboard space, and even a dishwasher. There is a washing machine too, hidden in a cupboard, and a large wardrobe. Along one entire wall you have loads of windows, making this a very bright and welcoming place to live.
You will be living in one of Istanbul's most popular areas, just a 10-minute walk from the buzzing Taksim Square. Istiklal Caddesi, one of the cities most favoured shopping streets is just a few minute's walk, and you will find it humming with people visiting its myriad shops, cafes, and restaurants. Sports enthusiasts might like to stroll to nearby Recip Erdoğan Stadium, where you can watch multiple sports, especially football.

- This is a really well equipped studio, with everything you need to feel at home.
- It is a very bright, open feeling space, where you will feel at home immediately.
- You will be living in a fantastic location, just a short walk from some of the best shopping and social places in the city.
- If you study, this apartment is ideal, with several of the cities universities within walking distance, including İTÜ Gümüşsuyu Kampüsü.
