This 30 m² studio apartment for rent is fully furnished and is spacious enough to have 3 very distinct areas: the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, which faces the TV in the living space. The living area is a cozy space with a couch and additional pouffe seating. There is a kitchen corner with modern tiling and storage space. The studio's best features are its small balcony and that it comes with AC – necessary for the hot summer months!
The studio is located in Beyoğlu, in the heart of Istanbul. You are just 3-5 minutes by foot to Taksim Square, which is the central meeting point for the city's nightlife. You are also within walking distance to many boutiques and designer stores. This area is also known for having a lot of record stores, where you are guaranteed to find some musical gems.

- The studio is kept bright and fresh thanks to the small balcony.
- The apartment is furnished with a double bed, heating unit, chest of drawers, a standalone wardrobe, and storage.
- The living room is the perfect area to entertain guests, with seating and a TV.
