This studio apartment for rent is located on the 5th floor and has a terrace so big that it can be used as your dining area. The apartment is quite spacious with a single bed, living room, and kitchen in different corners of the studio. The large terrace windows and bedroom windows keep the studio filled with light all day. The studio has a traditional charm to it with wooden floor boards, red kitchen tiles, and detailed wooden doors.
The apartment is located in the central district of Beyoğlu. You are well connected to the rest of the city by tram and by metro. Important sights within walking distance include İstanbul Bilgi University and Istanbul's shopping street, Istıklal Avenue.
What we liked the most
- The studio's best asset is the very spacious terrace that overlooks Istanbul's beautiful buildings. The balcony comes furnished with a dining table and a comfortable chair.
- The apartment is fully furnished with a single bed, standalone wardrobe, chest of drawers, couch, and desk.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and gas stove.
- The studio is within walking distance of İstanbul Bilgi University, Istıklal Avenue, and Taksim Square.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but you have a large balcony where you can relax once you make the walk up.
- There is a small staircase which must be used to reach the bathroom.
