A 65 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Kadıköy area of Istanbul. The apartment has a homely feel, thoughtfully decorated with charming additions such as art work that make it unique. It would make a lovely home for students and young professionals alike.
Kadıköy, on the Asian side of the city of Istanbul, is rapidly growing in popularity among expats thanks to its authentic feel as well as its excellent public transport options, including ferry, metro and bus. There are many markets, restaurants. charcuteries and coffee shops found here. Worth a visit is Kadife Sokak, one of the liveliest spots in town, lined with bars and with numerous live music venues.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quirky and decorated with personal touches such as art work that lend it character.
- There is a cosy living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, and most importantly, a flat-screen TV.
- The windows have views over the rooftops of the bustling Kadıköy neighbourhood.
- There is plenty of storage for your belongings so you will have no problems keeping your home neat and tidy.
- This location is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors as you are close to the seaside with its parks, sports facilities and swimming spots.
