This stylish studio apartment is located on Calle San Matías in the city centre. The combined kitchen and living room is well-appointed with modern appliances, and a pop of colour from the bright kitchen adds to the stylish decor. The double bed is upstairs in the loft.
There are a few bars and restaurants in the streets around this apartment, as well as a supermarket only a 5-minute walk away. There are also plenty of cultural attractions within walking distance, including the Plaza Isabel La Catolica and the Palacio de la Madraza.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The large combined living and kitchen is a great space to relax or entertain.
- The bathroom is modern and has a shower, sink and toilet.
- There are 2 large windows that stretch from floor to ceiling to let in plenty of light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a shared terrace with beautiful views.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 2 washing machines for 2 apartments.
- There is no parking available, but there is public transport available nearby.
