This cozy studio apartment with a loft bedroom with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Calle San Matías in the city centre. There is a small living area under the loft with a sofa, which also opens on to a kitchen with a microwave and 2-burner stove.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, including a supermarket and pharmacy. The Catedral de Granada is also within walking distance, as is the Palacio Bibataubin.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- There is a desk under the loft which is great for studying.
- The recently renovated bathroom has a bidet, toilet sink and shower
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The stairs to the loft double as shelving so no space is wasted in the apartment.
- Tenants have access to a shared terrace in the apartment building.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one window in this apartment, so it will get dark easily.
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 2 washing machines for 2 apartments.
