This spacious studio apartment with a loft double bed and 1 bathroom is for rent on Calle San Matías in the city centre. This apartment has a separate toilet and shower, opposite a small kitchen which opens on to a large living area with a sofa and TV.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of this apartment, so you don't need to go too far for the essentials. The Botanical Gardens of the University of Granada are also only an 11-minute walk away, and are a great place to explore.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- There is plenty of storage in this apartment, including a built-in wardrobe and unit in the living room.
- The bed is in a loft so there is even more space in the living area below.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There are large windows reaching from floor to ceiling to let in plenty of light.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 3 washing machines for 3 apartments.
- There is heating, but no AC.
