This tidy studio apartment with 1-bathroom is for rent on Calle San Matías, in the city centre. The bathroom, located through a door by the kitchen, has a new shower and toilet. The modern kitchen is under the loft bedroom with double bed, while there is also a private balcony.
There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 5-minute walk, as well as a few other stores in the streets around this apartment. The García Lorca Park is a 20-minute walk away, and Dehesa del Generalife is accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The stairs leading up to the loft bedroom double as shelving for additional storage.
- There is a chest of drawers upstairs at the foot of the bed, so there is space for your belongings.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including plates and pots.
- There is a large terrace shared with the other occupants of the apartment complex.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 2 washing machines for 2 apartments.
- There is no full-sized oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave with a grill function, and a 2-burner stove.
