Spotahome's opinion
This huge studio flat is available to rent in the Albaicín. The studio is really beautifully decorated with exposed brickwork throughout. The living area is slightly separated from the bedroom by a half wall, to give the feeling of separate rooms. Each room is very large, and the bedroom has a big open fireplace to light on the cold winter nights. The bathroom has a sunken bath which has jacuzzi jets, along with a large modern shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes an oven and washing machine. Watch the video, the apartment is fantastic!
The apartment is located in a quiet residence but is just a couple of minutes walk from the University of Granada's campus. There are local shops, and it is just a 20-minute walk to Los Doctores, the nightlife spot near the hospital that is popular with students. Granada's train station is a 25-minute walk. The centre of the city, by the cathedral and many of Granada's other stunning architectural attractions is about a 20-30 minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is huge and looks great with all the exposed brickwork.
- We love the big open fireplace!
- We love the sunken jacuzzi bath!
- Ideal for students, as it is right next to the University of Granada campus.
