The apartment is located on Avenida de Andalucia in the neighbourhood of Chana, across the road from the beautiful Almunia de Aynadamar Park and very close to public transport. The IT faculty of the University of Granada is five minutes away. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 260 sqm.
