This sunny three bedroom apartment, located on Plaza Dr. Lopez Neira, features beautiful exterior fifth-floor views of the nearby plaza. All three rooms for rent are fully furnished with everything you need to have a stress free life in Granada. The tenants will be able to spend time together in a cosy living room, furnished with large sofas and a dining area and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The 80m2 apartment also has a beautiful shared bathroom, equipped with a shower. Two of the bedrooms have a fantastic balcony and the third bedroom offers plenty of space and storage. The surrounding area of Los Pajaritos is absolutely perfect for students - you will be located nearby Granada train station as well as the university and will live nearby plenty of bars and restaurants.
