This budget-friendly exterior apartment, with rooms for rent, is fantastic for anyone studying in Granada. The apartment is a duplex with 4 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, plus 1 en-suite bathroom. The common areas include a modern kitchen that is fully equipped, the spacious living room, and the large balcony. With 2 dining areas and multiple bathrooms, you will have plenty of personal space and comfortable areas to spend time with your roommates.
The apartment is located on Calle Joaquina Eguras, in the neighbourhood of Almanjáyar- close to the University of Granada Caruja Campus. Almanjáyar is a diverse residential neighbourhood with a historical pool, perfect for that warm Granada climate.

What we liked the most
- For a 92 m² apartment, it is very affordable.
- The apartment is close and well-connected to the University of Granada Caruia campus, really convenient for students.
- We love the communal areas- the living room is big with sofas and a dining table, and the balcony is also large with an outdoor table for relaxing in the Granada sun.
- There are 2 common bathrooms to be shared by rooms 2, 3, and 4. Room 1 has its own private bathroom.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is not close to the city center, but is well connected with bus routes.
- The bathroom on the 1st floor only has a toilet and sink.
