This comfortable 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom exterior apartment in Granada is located very close to the University of Granada in the student neighbourhood of Ronda. The area is perfect for students and is known for its young people and its proximity to both the main Granada train station and the University. Located on Calle Demetrio Spínola, the walk to the centre of Granada takes about 25 minutes, while the walking to the neighbouring tapas and nightlife district of 'La Chana' is about 20 minutes. There are four bedrooms to rent in this 100 square meter apartment with a spacious balcony overlooking the street.

*The location of the apartment is very close to the University of Granada, perfect for not having to get up early for class! *The flat has a very spacious balcony overlooking the street, great for relaxing in the afternoon after classes, or for just drying the clothes! *The apartment is 100 square metres with a large kitchen and comfortable living room, more space than usual for a student flat. *The main railway/train station of Granada is just a short walk away, making occasional holidays that extra bit easier.
