Not only will the tenants have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, living room and two shared bathrooms, you'll also be able to enjoy a sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing or even barbeques. The apartment is located on Calle Arquitecto Felipe Gimenez Lacal, just a 10 minute walk from the Granada train station. With easy transportation to the city centre, this really is a fantastic location. The area of the apartment is 140m2.

What we liked the most
- The tenants will also be able to enjoy a spacious and sunny terrace with comfortable chairs and a table where they can relax and spend time together.
- The bathroom is red-themed, with a comfortable bathtub - perfect when you need to relax after a stressful day.
- All rooms are nicely decorated and feature plenty of light due to big windows. The tenants will be able to use a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of drawers and cupboards, along with a living room, two shared bathrooms
- The apartment is in an ideal student location - Plaza de Toros is a home to the University of Granada- Fuentenueva Campus, so you won't have to commute far to get to your classes.
Things to keep in mind
- The dog toy featured in bedroom number 3 is unfortunately not included.
- The rooms are furnished with wooden furniture, adding a classic touch to the flat.
