Rooms are available to rent in a super central 4 bedroom apartment located on Calle Sos del Rey Católico. It is close to the heart of the city, so there are plenty of great tapas bars nearby and an equally great night life. It is a shared apartment and it would be great for students as all of the rooms have desks where you can study. The living room is very spacious and has a big screen TV, allowing tenants to host movie night with friends and roommates. The Plaza del Humilladero is very close by as well in case you would like to escape from the city life and get some fresh air and lie in the grass.

This room is furnished and has a double bed and an A/C unit, a heating unit, a desk, shelving, storage, its own independent key and is located on the exterior part of the building.

What we liked the most
- This property is only a 2 minute walk from the city center, so it is very easy to get around the city on foot.
- Every bedroom has a FREE bicycle included in the price.
- The apartment has 2 bathrooms, so you won’t have to worry about coordinating timetables in the morning in order to get to class or work on time.
- There is a sofa bed in the living room in case one of the tenants would like to have a friend stay over!
- The apartment has a very large big screen TV.
- The property is located on a very quiet street, so it is very tranquil.

- Some of the windows in the house are interior, so they lead into some of the bedrooms, but they can be closed for privacy.
