Four sunny single rooms are up for rent in a 160 sqm four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Each room has a large wardrobe, a desk and its own independent key. This warm and welcoming apartment receives a vast amount of natural light, and it is nicely decorated using warm colours, quality wooden furniture and delicate wallpaper. Shared amenities include a washing machine, a TV, air-conditioning and a comfortable kitchen. The highlight of living in this house will be having access to a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool situated within the apartment complex, allowing you to relax in the sun by the pool during the hot summer months. This exterior home is located on Calle Medina del Campo, a nice residential street in an area known as Norte, situated within close proximity to the University of Granada and about 15 minutes from the town centre.

- This apartment has its own private patio where you will find a table with chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a lemon tree allowing to gather this fruit from your own garden for cooking or preparing drinks.
- The spacious open plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the house, a homely room where you can get together with others living in the apartment and cook some food, share a drink, or simply chat in one of the comfy sofas.
- There is a TV and a radio in this common room, so you can play some music while you relax with your roommates or watch a movie or some football.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, offering an electric stove, an oven and a microwave. There is also a handy dishwasher to help you keep this room clean with less effort.
