- The biggest highlight of the apartment is its sunny rooftop terrace. Tenants have views of the Granada rooftops and mountains.
- The apartment is a duplex and very well-distributed, with bedrooms 2 and 3 located upstairs.
- All the bedrooms are exterior and thus very luminous.
- The street on which the apartment is located is one of the most important and popular in Granada.
- The bathroom has a heating unit to keep tenants warm during the winter months.
