This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which isn’t equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. There are three bedrooms available for rent in this four bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on Calle Rosa Chacel in the Norte district of Granada. This area, denominated "Parque Nueva Granada" or "New Granada Park", is residential and quiet, so it would be perfect for those who prefer to live in a tranquil neighborhood. The apartment's proximity to several faculties of the University of Granada also makes it an ideal choice for those studying at these educational centers.

What we liked the most
- There is a big covered balcony with views to the park. It'll be perfect for having a nice breakfast or reading a book.
- The apartment is big and sunny, and as it is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is very tranquil.
- The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious; perfect for those who like to cook!
- The living room is very roomy and is furnished with a flat screen TV. There is a dining area with a nice table, so tenants can have a nice dinner party.
- Though not included in the price of rent, the apartment has high speed ADSL internet and unlimited national calls.
Things to keep in mind
- As the rooms for rent are currently occupied (see availability), we could not get photos or video footage of them.
- The apartment is on the third floor in a building without elevators, so tenants will get a good exercise!
