There are spacious rooms available to rent to in this 3-storey, 8-bedroom house in the Ronda district of Granada. On the ground floor, you have all the common ares which include an open-plan living room and dining room with 2 couches, a large coffee table, and large dining table. The kitchen is equipped for sharing with a gas and electric stove, as well as 1 large freezer and 1 large refrigerator. There are also 4 full bathroom distributed among all 3 floors.
Ronda is located near the city center and is a popular area with students and the LGBT community. On Calle Sol, you are surrounded by numerous bars and have basic amenities such as supermarkets and banks nearby. If you enjoy a laid-back atmosphere but also like options, this is the area for you!

Please keep in mind that the landlord plans to repair the loose wardrobe door seen in the video before move-in.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious room furnished with a single bed and desk. There is plenty of space for your belongings with standalone and wall-mounted shelving, a nightstand, and a large wardrobe.

Things to keep in mind
- The landlord will repair the wardrobe in bedroom 2 and provide a bed for bedroom 4 before move-in.
- The room numbers shown on the doors are not in sequential order. Please see below and floorplan for correct layout:
