With a generous 100 m² this apartment boasts a large, modern kitchen and separate living room. The apartment comes with modern appliances throughout, including a TV in the living room, an oven and microwave in the kitchen. The laundry is accessed from the kitchen on a small interior balcony.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of this apartment, including a pharmacy, bank and supermarket. The beautiful García Lorca Park is only an 8-minute walk away, and is well worth a visit on a sunny day. The Catedral de Granada is only an 11-minute walk away.
