The 3-storey house feels very homely and has been decorated in a quirky and alternative way, complete with fun, unique details such as the art-work and interesting furnishings. The windows have incredible views of the Alhambra while the beautiful terrace is an unrivalled place to enjoy evening meals. All communal areas are to be shared with the live-in landlord.
Located in Albaicín, the ancient heart of the city, this property is unparalleled in terms of atmosphere. With its labyrinth of narrow streets, the neighbourhood has a rich history, vibrant nightlife and plenty to do. You can visit the fascinating Church of San Salvador or stroll along the Carrera del Darro, one of the oldest streets in the area, known known for its performances, vendors, cafés, to name just a few of the things on offer here.

Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space inside or out on the terrace for a rack to dry your clothes.
- The kitchen does not have a traditional oven, but it has a small electric oven and a fully functioning gas stove.
