This 90 m², 4-bedroom apartment has spacious and bright rooms for rent perfect for students. The apartment provides spacious bedrooms as well as big and open shared areas. The kitchen is a large square kitchen that is furnished with a dining table and has an attached laundry room. The other shared area is the open living room that comes with a more formal table and opens up to a small balcony. There are 2 bathrooms to share.
The apartment is located in the diverse neighborhood of Almanjáyar. There are many bus lines that pass nearby and there is a huge shopping center directly in front. With so many bus connections, this is a great choice for students!
