It also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
The apartment is just on the edge of the University of Granada Cartuja campus, with most of the faculty buildings within 5-minutes walk. It is a quiet area perfect for students who need to get some work done, but is also just a 15-minute walk from 'los Doctores', the popular hub for student nightlife in the area.
