This spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a separate living room is available for rent in the heart of Granada. The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street and0 boasts views across the rooftops of Granada's oldest areas, including a view of the cathedral. The living room has sofas and a TV along with a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher as well as a washing machine.
From this apartment, Granada is your oyster: its location right in the centre of the city gives you easy access to some of the most famous and beautiful buildings in just a few minutes, (the world-famous Alhambra is less than 20 minutes' walk!) The streets around the apartment are also packed with small shops, restaurants and bars.

This double room has a huge built-in wardrobe along 1 wall, providing all the storage space you could need! It also has 3 fold-out single beds for when you have guests to stay. There is a bedside table and a table and chair to use as a desk or dining table. The window has views of a pedestrian street, and you can see over the rooftops to the Catedral de Granda.

- Alhambra is close by.
- So many other places of cultural, religious and architectural significance are nearby (Catedral de Granada, Basilica de san Juan de Dios, Monasterio de San Jerónimo, etc.)
- The apartment is really well furnished and equipped, including luxuries like a dishwasher.
- Shopping, eating, and nightlife are all available in the area too, it´s the perfect place to live.
