This spacious, newly decorated apartment for women has two rooms for rent and is located in San Ildefonso neighbourhood near Granada University. It has a floor area of 70 sqm and comes fully equipped so you can move straight in. It has been decorated to a very high standard and is easy to keep clean. The Cartuja campus is close by, so meeting like-minded people will be no problem. There are plenty of plazas and bars nearby, and the town centre and the Alhambra are both within walking distance.
Room description
This room with a double bed is enormous! It is designed in the traditional Granada cave – also known as troglodyte – style, which means it is the same cool and comfortable temperature all year long. It also has its own sofa and flat screen TV in a separate cave next to the main bedroom area, so this is a real cosy 'nest' you will love coming home to in the evening. Please note that this room does not have a window.

- The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern and spacious.
- Part of the property is designed in the traditional Granada cave style, which creates an amazing ambience.
- This flat has everything you need to move straight in. It even has an iron and ironing board!
- Two bathrooms for 2 people means both tenants will have complete privacy.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is no oven, there is a big four-point stove and a microwave.
- The heating in the apartment is provided by portable electric heaters.
