This chic and absolutely beautiful one bedroom duplex is located on Calle Esrellas, in the popular district of La Chana. The beautiful decorations and attractive colours make this exterior apartment ideal for anyone wishing to live in style. You will have access to a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, located in the downstairs area and a fully furnished kitchen, living room and a terrace upstairs with excellent views. With plenty of storage available, this is a great apartment for couples. You'll have easy access to Granada city centre and will be able to find parks, restaurants, pizzerias and a fitness club nearby. The area of the apartment for rent is 56m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very stylish and it just bursts with colours. It's nicely decorated and the new tenants will also get a sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with plenty of drawers, cupboards and a very large fridge. There's even a dishwasher!
- Speaking of terrace, you'll have 5th floor views of the surrounding areas!
- This neighborhood is extremely quiet and would be ideal for a professional couple, looking to settle down but still stay well connected to the Granada city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a duplex apartment - the main bedroom with a bathroom is located on the downstairs area while the upstairs area consists of a living room, a kitchen and a terrace.
